Section 1

General Terms & Definitions

This document forms a legal agreement between 77z7 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the registered user of the platform ("you", "player"). This agreement is governed by Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: The 77z7 website and all its associated services.
• Account: The personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• Balance: The total amount deposited into the account, used to play games.
• Bonus: An additional amount granted by the platform subject to conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The specified number of times you must place bets before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
• KYC: The customer identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use any service on 77z7. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and all deposits may be voided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, the additional accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at registration, including your correct name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information gives the platform the right to suspend or close your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77z7 may verify your identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method details. Failure to provide information within the specified time may result in withdrawal being temporarily placed on hold.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

77z7 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and various other major commercial banks). New methods will be announced on the platform when added in the future.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

3.4 Deposit Ownership

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the deposit. Depositing or withdrawing through third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.5 Chargeback Policy

Filing a fraudulent chargeback claim will be treated as fraud. In such cases, the platform may immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

77z7 offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more still yields a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering count applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• A bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• Certain games may not count towards wagering calculations while a bonus is active.
• If an attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, 77z7 may provide special promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotions page. In the event of a conflict with the general terms and conditions, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

VIP Program

77z7's VIP program has four tiers. Tier changes are based on a player's regular activity and loyalty to the platform.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account every week. There are no wagering requirements on cashback — it is added directly to your balance and is withdrawable. Detailed rules on VIP tier changes can be found in the VIP section of the platform.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

77z7 ensures a fair and transparent environment across all games. Every game on the platform is operated through certified software providers, and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using bots or automated software to play games.

• Attempting to influence the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

8.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

77z7 may immediately suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.

• Violation of the age requirement.

For accounts closed for legitimate reasons, the valid balance may be returned following KYC verification; however, bonuses and any amounts earned from bonuses will be forfeited.
